Important Notice for Guests with Allergies

• 食材によるアレルギーのあるお客さまは、ご注文時に必ず係にお申し付けください。
• 使用食材につきましては、製造元からの情報をもとに確認しております。
• 様々な食材を同一の厨房で調理、盛り付けを行っております。また食器洗浄機器につきましても他のメニューで使用した食器類も同時に洗浄しておりますため、アレルギー物質が微量に混入する可能性がございます。
• 上記の理由により、アレルギー対応メニューは絶対的なものではなく、完全なアレルギー対応メニューをお約束するものではございません。
• 食物アレルギー症状が重篤のお客さまや多岐にわたりアレルギーをお持ちのお客さまにつきましては、お客さまの安全を最優先と考えご利用をご遠慮いただく場合がございます。
• 調理に際しましては細心の注意を払っておりますが、アレルギー物質に対する感受性については個人差がございます。

• Please be sure to notify us when placing your order if you have any food allergies or foods that you must avoid.
• Judgements regarding the use of each ingredient are based on the information provided by the manufacturer/supplier.
• The allergen-free items will be prepared in the same kitchen as all other menu items (that include the allergen food), using the same cooking utensils that are cleaned in the same dishwasher. Therefore, the risk of cross-contamination cannot be completely eliminated.
• Although your food will be prepared with utmost care, please understand that we cannot guarantee they will be 100% free of the allergen element.
• For the sake of their own safety, we may ask guests with severe or multiple allergies to refrain from using room service.

As allergic susceptibility varies for each person, please read and understand the above conditions and make the final judgment on your own as whether you wish to order room service or not.
